Customer Service or what I like to call "The Age of the Empowered Consumer" will continue to evolve as social media matures. I'm expecting consumers will get used to being more vocal and at some point employees will become more vocal. Keep an eye on the "Customer Experience Movement". This has strategic implications like never before, even for B2B.
